May 16, 2015 ยท Unfortunately, Lasership has a history of being unreliable, and I have to agree, with a vast majority of packages that I order, USPS is the most reliable and UPS will often just leave a note on my door no-matter what I do or say, but Lasership has lost about 25% of my orders shipped through them. However what I do appreciate about LaserShip is that once it finally starts tracking I get my order a day or two after that. And everyone deserves a place to come and vent about their miserable experiences with this company A community dedicated to sharing horrible experiences with LaserShip. Lasership and OnTrac is garbage. Every single package I've ever got delivered via lasership has been lost or I have been flat out lied to by them Lasership is basically a contractor where anyone with a vehicle (I’ve even seen one use a pushcart) can sign up to deliver and they consistently fail to deliver packages.
